The purpose of this policy is to provide equal opportunities to all

- Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (Gender Reassignment Regulations 1999)
- Race Relations Act 1976
- Disability Discrimination Action 1995
- The Protection from Harassment Act 1997
Sub Contractors
We will aim to ensure all our sub contractors have an equal opportunities policy and monitor its effectiveness. Agreements will only be made with organisations who have implemented an Equal Opportunities Policy.
Monitoring
All Senior Managers have a responsibility to monitor the implementation of our Equal Opportunities Policy.
