The Process

From our extensive database of available candidates or from other candidate attraction methods applications are received.

Final Interview Process

Talent can then advise on or prepare the interview questions and guidance on the quantitative value of the answers gained. If required our consultants can be present throughout the whole process to ensure equality of standards throughout the interviews.
