The Process

For candidates who, for any reason, are considered not wholly suitable for that position their details are forwarded to other Talent consultants for further pro-active action.

Final Interview Process

Talents personal account manager will then agree with their client a final shortlist of candidates for interview. Prior to which Talent offer a professional ‘psychometric testing’ facility to aid in the decision making process. Excellent results analysis provide invaluable assistance to all potential employers regarding the characteristics of all candidates.

Talent can then advise on or prepare the interview questions and guidance on the quantitative value of the answers gained. If required our consultants can be present throughout the whole process to ensure equality of standards throughout the interviews.
